Trauma Conscious Resilience Yoga Trainings and Education
Cultivating Self is a proud sponsor of the Trauma Conscious Resilience Yoga training and educational programs created by Dr. Manmeet Rattu, PsyD, E-RYT500, YACEP and Diana Cantu-Reyna, BSN, RN, RYT
This heart-centered training is designed for health and healing practitioners (therapists, doctors, nurses, counselors, first responders, teachers, and other healers) who currently work with specific groups inflicted by Trauma or plan to begin this work in their communities.
Throughout the duration of the program, we hold space for students to explore transmuting their own Trauma through various forms of alchemy that they can integrate into everyday life and eventually share with clients/patients.
