About

This Certification training is designed for health and healing practitioners (therapists, doctors, nurses, counselors, first responders, teachers, and other healers) who currently work with specific groups inflicted by Trauma or plan to begin this work in their communities.

 

This is the only certification in the world that integrates spirituality, faith-based leadership, cultural medicine, regenerative ecological awareness, & action steps for improving community health.

Facilitator and Course Designer

Diana Cantu-Reyna, BSN, RN, RYT

Diana Cantú-Reyna is a licensed Registered Nurse, Herbalist, Liberation Health Coach, Yoga instructor and healer based in California and Hawai'i Island.

 

She intricately weaves together a mind-body-spirit approach to health, supporting her clients in uncovering the root-cause of dis-ease. Diana spent over 7.5 years as a Pediatric Level 1 Trauma Intensive Care RN at UCSF Children’s Hospital in Oakland California, serving as a unit Charge Nurse, mentor, preceptor and advocate for nurses' rights as her unit nurse representative. In 2018 she was elected to the California Nurses Association Bargaining Team for contract negotiations.

 

She is the Founder and Executive Director of Cultivating Self Corp, a 501(c)3 nonprofit public benefit charity that proactively supports the physical, mental, and spiritual health of caregiving professionals and organizations across the country. Leading wellbeing retreats, continuing education workshops, and creating regenerative spaces in healthcare facilities, the organization specializes in serving physicians, nurses, therapists, educators, and mental health professionals experiencing PTSD, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue and burnout.

She received her Yoga Teacher Certification at Prana Yoga Center and holds additional certification in Yin Yoga.

Indy Rishi Singh

Indy Rishi Singh is a Mental Health First Aid trainer, certified Yoga teacher, hypnotherapist and Ayurvedic counselor.

 

Indy studies neuroplasticity and offers neuroplasticity playshops to organizations, communities, and schools. He focuses on sharing neuroplasticity tools and understanding so attendees can practice and develop their own tools for trauma transformation.

 

Regenerative farming and ecorestoration is a large part of Indy's life. He has started connecting ecorestoration work with mental health restoration. Indy also advocates for effective volunteerism, which also supports the regeneration of purpose and morality.

Facilitator and Curriculum advocate

Dr. Manmeet Rattu, Psy D, MS,

E-RYT500, YACEP

Dr. Mini Rattu is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in California.

 

Dr. Rattu specializes in trauma and stress related disorders, including Post-traumatic Stress (PTSD), and Anxiety disorders, and works within a cognitive-behavioral (CBT) framework to treat mental health conditions. Dr. Rattu is also a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT-500, YACEP), health educator, mindfulness instructor, and formally trained in Compassion Cultivation and Altruism Research Education (CCARE) and Yoga for Mental Health (YogaX) at Stanford University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

 

Dr. Rattu aims to include culturally relevant program development in her work as a provider in health and wellness.

 

In addition to her work in private practice, she currently enjoys competing in fitness competitions, traveling to international locations, and facilitating programs at health and wellness retreats.
